| The first three issues are unrelated to this post and we have both already addressed point #3. I dont care to get into a "he said, she said" argument about it. I did what I had to do and you did what you had to do. Getting to the point here:4. We didn't buy the domain name right after you let it expire. We later bought it later from a sitter for quite a bit of money for the benefit of sending 300zx related traffic to our site, where we were still selling product that you were supplying us. Just as you could have done (he said he already made you an offer for it which you declined). We do have an interest in holding on to it as we have money invested into it. Make us an offer.
 1) I NEVER received any email "offers" to purchase the domain name from anyone. I tried for 6 months to contact the individual at the email address supplied in the registration (stephencohen@yahoo.com) and never once received a response back. This individual provided fictitious information on three seperate instances when confronted with ICANNs inquiry, of which originated by myself. 2) I made myself VERY vocal on this forum about the fact that someone was squatting on the domain name and that they would not respond to me. What bears significant consequence is the fact that you DID INDEED PURCHASE IT with the intention to direct people to your site that were actually seeking me. This is the kind of mentality that people are criticizing you for. I would still like to get the domain back, there is no doubt about that. Your whining online and your misled fan club doesn't bother me anymore. Our quality and organization is up, mistakes down and I'm happy about coming to work. We are turning work away and have a 3 month wait on big jobs to get in the shop. I'm in the midst of developing some exciting new products that we will release soon. We have much more Z32 inventory than any place on on earth. I am glad it doesn't bother you - I am sure it allows you to sleep at night. MY fan club consists of members of the Z community, of which both you and I must answer to. They do not belong to either of us - we exist only within their support. TT.net population doesn't control our lives contrary to popular belief. I'm doing everything I can to treat customers right and sell quality products and services, just as you are. That's really all I can do, and if some people are misled or have their own opinions then so be it. As you may remember we were both once in the same situation with online opinion, and we are still are more than you may realize. We both work harder than anyone else in the business towards basically the same things. Ultimately we both really just want to be the best at it, and deep down we usually go out of our way to do things right and treat customers fairly. You seem to forget that I do this because I like it also, and that my desire for happy, satisfied customers is the only thing that got me where I am at. It isn't like I started with a lot of money or just got lucky. Just remember although your online approval is high at the moment doesn't mean that it will be down the road. As you well know, it is not always directly related to your intentions or abilities. Its just goofy politics, that I am finally at the point of not having to care that much about. So whine and cry about us all you want to, and beleive deep down that you are really hurting me. Other than that I am done battling with you, and I or Z1 has not made any confrontational action, or statement about you online without your provocation in a very long time. And I'm sure you will continue to provoke us, but I'm done with wasting my time foolishly fighting back with you, especially online where truth is just a perception. "
Russell, if you firmly believe that what happens here in the online community has no consequence on your business, I can't help you there. You will only have to discover it on your own.
